1. Mango

Because it has a lot of fibre and dietary sugar, it’s also great for your digestion if you’re having stomach problems. In terms of skin care, the fruit is great for anti-inflammation and works to protect your skin from lasting damage. Because of its healing properties, mango is often included in cosmetics and skin care products. You can either eat the mango in a shake or with your meals or you can actually apply mango pulp directly to your face and neck.
2. Watermelon
Watermelon is another great option for the skin, especially for those with sensitive or acne-prone skin.
